About
The risk of the ordinary
You’ve invested everything in this day. The last thing you want are photographs that don’t show how it actually felt.
Whether you’re planning your wedding or gathering the courage for a boudoir session — the fear is the same: that you’ll feel awkward in front of the camera, and it’ll show. That the photos will capture how you looked — but not how it actually felt.
- Wedding photos that feel staged, not lived.
- Intimate portraits that lack depth or real feeling.
- Images that don’t reflect what made their day irreplaceable.
Someone who has done this 600 times and still treats yours like the first
With more than 28 years behind the camera — from cinema and television to being recognized among the top 20 wedding photographers in the world — I’ve learned one thing: the best images are born from connection, not direction.
My only job is to find the truth of the moment and keep it. Whatever that looks like for you.
The philosophy
We share something, you and I.
You believe the moments that slip past unnoticed are the ones worth keeping. The glance across a crowded room. The hand held quietly during the vows. The laughter that arrives before anyone planned it. My work has been driven by one obsession: making photographs that will still feel true twenty years from now — before the moment is gone.
I am inspired by photojournalism and cinema. I work quietly, from close range, without direction. I am drawn to Valle de Guadalupe because it is honest — the light is extraordinary, the wine is good, and couples who marry here tend to know exactly what matters to them.

25 years in the vineyards.
I grew up in Hermosillo, Sonora — a city that didn’t quite know what to do with a kid who wanted to make art. At 18, a year in Canada rewired everything: same person, completely different place, completely different story people told about me. That’s when I understood that the real life is the one you choose. My first camera was borrowed. My first wedding was terrifying. I have not stopped since.
Today I work primarily in Valle de Guadalupe, Los Cabos, Mexico City, and wherever the moment asks. I photograph weddings and boudoir sessions for people who are done pretending — who want images that actually look like them, at their best, on the days that matter most.
My camera has witnessed moments in more than 45 destinations: Baja California, Nuevo León, Jalisco, Oaxaca, CDMX, Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Nayarit, Guanajuato, Sonora, Coahuila, Chiapas — and internationally: Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Cuba, Panama, Brazil, Antigua & Barbuda.

How we work together
Every step is designed with intention.
01
Schedule a chat
We connect via a short call. You share your vision, ask questions, and we find out if we’re a match. No pressure — just a real conversation about your day.
02
Craft your vision
Together we plan the timeline and the moments that matter to you. Your priorities become my guide — nothing is generic, everything is intentional.
03
Live your day
Relax and be present. I stay invisible until something real is happening — and offer a quiet guide only when it helps.
04
Relive forever
You receive a curated gallery of high-resolution, artfully edited images — and we discuss museum-quality albums or fine art prints that make the work permanent.
“I photograph what is already there. My only job is to be ready.”
